Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your StillStorm purchase. To help you feel confident, we include a small sample pack in your order so you can try the tea first. If the sample doesn't suit your taste, you may return the unopened full-size product.

If the return is due to a product issue (damaged, incorrect, faulty), we will cover all return shipping costs.


If the return is due to personal preference or taste, return shipping is covered by the customer.

We are truly sorry if a product wasn’t right for you, and as a thank-you for giving us a try, we offer a 10% discount on your next purchase if you'd like to explore a different blend. Please contact us to receive your discount code.

Returns (30 Days)

You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are food items, opened packages cannot be returned unless there is a quality or safety issue.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@stillstorm.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • A brief reason for the return (optional)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us with photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, and cover any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We will email you when your refund is complete.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.
