Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom. Our goal is to ensure your tea arrives fresh, safe, and ready for your daily ritual.

1. UK Shipping Rates & Times We use trusted tracked services (such as Royal Mail or Premium Couriers) to deliver your order.

• Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.99

  • Free on orders over £30.

  • Delivery time: Usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.

• Processing Time:

  • We pack your order with care. Please allow 1–2 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your parcel.

2. Order Tracking

Once your tea is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can follow the journey of your parcel until it reaches your door.

3. International Delivery

Currently, we focus on the UK market.

However, if you are based in Europe or elsewhere and wish to order, please email us at info@stillstorm.co.uk. Let us know your location and order list, and we will do our best to arrange a custom shipping quote for you.

4. Missed Deliveries & Issues

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee may apply to resend it.

• Where is my parcel? If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your safe place or with neighbours first. If it's still missing, contact us immediately.
