1. Where we ship
We currently ship mainly within the United Kingdom.
For deliveries outside the UK, please contact our customer service team at info@stillstorm.co.uk before placing your order.
2. UK Shipping – Evri Tracked Service
All UK orders are shipped with Evri tracked delivery.
- Standard delivery time: Usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Order processing time: We typically dispatch your order within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Tracking: Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress with Evri.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, strikes, severe weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size/weight.
We sometimes offer free shipping promotions (for example, free UK shipping over a certain order value). Any active offer will be clearly shown on our website and at checkout.
4. Deliveries outside the UK
For deliveries to countries outside the UK, please contact us before you order:
Let us know your delivery country and the products you’re interested in, and we will check shipping options, estimated delivery time and cost for you.
5. Missed deliveries & address issues
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
- If your Evri tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your parcel, please first check with neighbours or safe places, then contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
